Word For Word Reporting Services started in the fall of 2023 to assist with the backlog of requests for court reporters within the Thunder Bay area. Existing firms had full capacity and lawyers had to use online services from Southern Ontario. Word For Word quickly started to assist and in July 2024 picked up the client base from For The Record Reporting Services when the principal owner decided to step back and ease into retirement.

This opened the doors for Word For Word Reporting Services to move into Northwestern Ontario and in 2024 we opened an office in Dryden, Ontario in order to serve Dryden, Kenora, Fort Frances, Sioux Lookout and Atikokan. Our Thunder Bay office services Thunder Bay for in person events and both offices are available for online reporting which services Ontario wide.

We are very exited to be a local business and we support many events and fund raising activities across Northwestern Ontario.
