Terms of Service

This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which Word For Word Reporting Services Inc. (Company) will provide court reporting and transcription services to its clients (Customer)

  • We reserve the right to limit the booking of our services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any service at any time and discontinue our business relationship with any company, organization or law firm.
  • All audio recordings and video files become property of Word For Word Reporting Services Inc. and shall not be released to clients under any circumstances. We undertake no obligation to keep, edit or release audio recordings, except as required by law.
  • No customer shall record any meeting or proceeding.
  • The customer shall not share, reproduce, or distribute any transcripts in electronic or hardcopy form without ensuring that Word For Word Reporting Services Inc. as compensated in accordance with its established fee for second copies of transcripts.
  • Sometimes technical issues arise with audio recordings. Either the audio is of low quality, lost or otherwise damaged. Word For Word Reporting Services Inc. shall not be liable for any such damaged property and when contracting our services, clients agree to not hold Word For Word Reporting Services Inc. liable for such. We do everything possible to ensure our audio is of high quality.

Indemnity Policy

To the fullest extend possible under applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Word For Word Reporting Services Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, consultants, and agents harmless from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, demands, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with any booking made.
